Whilst IPSO provides all its spin-out companies with initial capital, further capital is often required by those companies as they develop. The Group's subsidiary, IPSO Capital, works with its spin-out companies to source further capital as required.
In addition, IPSO helps its spin-out companies with acquisitions, mergers, collaborations and licensing opportunities. In this way we believe that our spin-out companies can grow and deliver value to their shareholders.
