IPSO Ventures through its, management and corporate finance expertise, and access to capital, has created a portfolio of companies to commercialise the intellectual property and technology generated by universities and other research institutions.
In response to the changing economic environment IPSO has realigned its strategy to better capitalise on its expertise as described the Chairman’s Jan 2012 interim statement In brief the current aim of the Board of IPSO is to realise maximum value from its current portfolio through controlled exits over the next 2 to 3 years. We are working with portfolio company management teams to prepare the companies for potential trade sales.
IPSO will also seek development opportunities that are cash generative and it has the potential to deploy development capital where compelling opportunities arise.
